Rubber Foam Insulation Pipe Tube for Air Conditioner
Thermal insulation pipe insulation material uses NBR as main raw material for foaming and become a fully closed cell of flexible rubber insulation materials, without any fiber material, HCHO and CFCS which are bad for the ozonosphere.
It is black material with excellent product performance, be widely used in various public places, industrial workshop, clearn room and medical education instiutions, petrochemical industry etc.

1.Closed-bubble structure can effectively prevent the heat conductivity
2.No more than 0.034 W/m·k of heat conductivity coefficient under 0°C
3.Excellent water vapor permeation resistance -moisture resistance: μ≥5,000, which forms the in-built water vapor proof layer and make the whole insulation board not only insulation board but also moisture proof board
4.Excellent fire proof performance, oxygen index reaches above 32
5.Easy and convenient to install
6.No CFC, HFC, HCFC or other fluorine-hydrocarbon containing material, no formaldehyde, powder or fiber
Applications
Based on the above-mentioned characteristics, they are widely used as different kinds of water vapor pipeline heat preservation, heat insulation in central ari conditioning refrigerator room, building, ships, vehicles, and obtained ideal effect.
Because this material is soft and easy-rounding, it can be used to manufacture body-building equipment, medical instrument,daily handle wrap or expanding wrap.
